Two-factor sign-in, sessions you can revoke per device, private boards that stay invisible to everyone else, and an audit log for admins are all built in. Every action is checked on the server, and there are no trackers inside the app. Mistakes are safe too: undo a move with Ctrl+Z and restore anything you archived.

Fill the backlog, pull work into progress, and use work-in-progress limits so a column can't quietly pile up. Estimates, due dates and assignees sit on every card, and the board updates live for the whole team. When the sprint ends, archive what shipped and start the next one.

Cards and lists move with a mouse, a finger or the keyboard, and on a phone you swipe from list to list. Ctrl+Z puts the last move back.
